140th Anniversary Celebration Alumni Weekend
Weekend of Friday May 1st and Saturday May 2nd, 2026
For 140 years, Sigma Nu's Rho Chapter has stood for the values of Love, Honor and Truth. Chartered on January 26, 1886, Rho Chapter has shaped generations of men at the University of Missouri. Only 2,878 men have been initiated into Rho Chapter. You are one of them. We invite you to return to Columbia to celebrate this historic milestone and reaffirm the bonds that unite us as Rho men.

140th Anniversary Celebration
When: Saturday, May 2, 2026 (arrive beginning 5:30 PM)
Where: The Broadway Columbia Hotel – Elevation Ballroom
What to expect: Guest speakers, buffet dinner, two drink tickets (cash bar after), and time to reconnect with Rho brothers. Casual dress.
Program Schedule (Saturday Evening)
- 5:30 PM – Arrivals
- 6:00 PM – Welcome from Rho House Corporation and Alumni Chairman
- 6:15 PM – Dr. Mun Choi, President, University of Missouri System & Chancellor, University of Missouri–Columbia
- 6:30 PM – Buffet dinner
- 7:15 PM – Gary Pinkel, former Mizzou head football coach
- 8:00 PM – Speaker from Sigma Nu National
- 8:15 PM – Commander, Rho Chapter
- 8:30 PM – Alumni recognition, Rho trivia winners announced (yes—review your pledge material!)
- 9:00 PM – Continue the celebration at the Rooftop Bar (same level as the Elevation Ballroom)
Guests welcome: Spouses and guests are welcome at all events.

Friday Reception (Sigma Nu House / Patio)

Details: Light hors d’oeuvres on the patio. Cash bar. Connect with pledge brothers, alumni, and current chapter members.
Saturday Brunch (Sigma Nu House)
When: Saturday, May 2, 2026 | 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
Where: Sigma Nu Chapter House, 710 S. College Avenue, Columbia, MO
Details: Chef-prepared hot food and time to reconnect before afternoon activities.
Saturday Golf
When: Saturday, May 2, 2026 | Tee times 9:30–11:30 AM
